We are delighted to share that two of our faculty members have been awarded the Excellent Young Scientists Fund by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) for 2025:

 

  • Professor Laibao Liu for his “Climate Change and Carbon Source/Sink” project

  • Professor Peng Zhu for his “Responses and Sustainable Yield Enhancement of Crop Systems Under Climate Change” project

 

The Excellent Young Scientists Fund is a highly competitive annual grant established to support young scientists with strong basic research achievements in conducting innovative research within their fields, aimed at promoting the rapid growth of creative young talents and fostering outstanding scientists on the international frontiers.
