On 3 March, the Department of Geography welcomed 40 Secondary 3 students from Yan Oi Tong Tin Ka Ping Secondary School for a campus visit to HKU. The programme included an admissions talk about undergraduate study pathways and guided tours of the Soil and Biogeography Lab and Psychology Lab. Professor Nicky Lam introduced key research facilities, highlighted experiential learning opportunities, and encouraged students to explore future academic interests and university life at HKU.

School students listen to two guides in a bright lobby, beside a green portrait wall and book displays; Staff Only sign visible.
Students gather in a university hallway for a guided tour; one takes a photo, with a Dept. of Geography display and shelves nearby
Schoolgirls in navy uniforms walk down a bright hallway past posters and glass walls; one wears a gray mask.
Students crowd a lab room as a man lectures at the front, with shelves, boxes, and fluorescent lights overhead.
Students and a teacher gather in a chemistry lab, listening during a tour; benches, glassware, and a Merck safety poster behind them.
