29 JUN - 12 JUL 2026

From June 29 to July 12, 2026, 23 undergraduate students from the Department of Geography at the University of Hong Kong, led by Professor Benjamin Iaquinto, participated in the 14-day field studies to Australia. Students visited various locations in Melbourne and its suburbs, as well as take a day trip to the Great Ocean Road and a winery tour in the Yarra Valley.

Large group of smiling young adults posing with peace signs in front of colorful beach huts numbered 1, 2, and 3.
Sunlit ocean cliffs and sea stacks rise above waves along a sandy coast under a clear blue sky.
Footprints trail across a sunny empty beach with dunes on the left and waves under a clear blue sky.
Night city skyline with lit skyscrapers, a glowing clock tower, and water in foreground; Victoria University and UniSuper signs.
Colorful graffiti wall covered in heart shapes and posters, including a red SANTA'S SLEIGH PARKING ONLY sign beside potted plants.
Overhead view of four plates with sliced steak, creamy green salad, and potato chips on a kitchen counter.
Five kangaroos lie on a red dirt path under a leafy tree in a sunny green park.
Sheep graze in a green pasture at sunset, with a mountain range and cloudy sky in the background.
People walk through a narrow wet graffiti-covered alley with hanging shoes overhead and tall buildings on both sides.
Tall trees frame a calm lake, green hills, and distant coastline under a bright blue sky on a peaceful day.
